1. What We Collect

We collect the minimum data needed to process your order:

  • Email address — provided at checkout, used to send your download link.
  • Search query — the keyword and location you searched for, used to run your extraction.
  • IP address — used for rate limiting and abuse prevention. Not stored long-term.
  • Payment information — handled entirely by PayPal (our payment processor). We never see or store your card details.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • Email: To send your download link when your leads are ready. We do not send marketing emails, newsletters, or share your email with third parties.
  • Search query: To run the Google Maps extraction you requested.
  • IP address: For abuse prevention only. Automatically expires and is not stored long-term.

3. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services for payment processing, email delivery, data extraction, hosting, and analytics. Each provider operates under their own privacy policy and only receives the minimum data necessary to perform their function. We never share your data for advertising or marketing purposes.

Payment information is handled entirely by our payment processor (Merchant of Record). We never see or store your card details.

4. Cookies

LeadExtract does not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, retargeting scripts, or third-party trackers. We collect anonymous, cookie-free usage analytics only.

5. Data Retention

Order records are retained for a limited period after completion and then deleted. Extracted lead data is available for download for a limited time after order completion. We recommend downloading your CSV promptly.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request deletion of your order data by emailing us.
  • Request a copy of any personal data we hold about you.
  • Opt out — since we only send transactional emails (your download link), there is no marketing to opt out of.

7. Data Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Our systems use encryption at rest and in transit. Access to production infrastructure is restricted. Payment data is handled entirely by our payment processor and never touches our servers.

8. Children's Privacy

LeadExtract is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our practices evolve. Changes take effect upon posting. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
