1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using LeadExtract (“the Service”), operated at leadextract.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

LeadExtract extracts publicly available business data from Google Maps and delivers it as a CSV file. Data includes business names, categories, ratings, phone numbers, email addresses, websites, and physical addresses. All data is sourced from publicly listed information.

3. Purchases & Payment

  • All purchases are one-time payments — there are no subscriptions or recurring charges.
  • Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor (Merchant of Record). By purchasing, you also agree to their terms of service.
  • Prices are listed in USD and include all applicable fees.
  • You will receive your CSV download link on-screen immediately after processing completes and via email.

4. Refund Policy

Because the Service delivers digital data that is generated on-demand for each order, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once data processing has begun.

If we fail to deliver your data due to a technical error on our end, we will either re-process your order at no charge or issue a full refund at our discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the data for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to spam, harassment, or fraud.
  • Resell the raw data as-is as a competing data extraction service.
  • Attempt to abuse, overload, or interfere with the Service.
  • Circumvent any protective measures of the Service.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders from users who violate these terms.

6. Data Accuracy

We extract data from Google Maps as-is. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that every email, phone number, or address is current or correct. Business information changes frequently and Google Maps data may be outdated. The Service is provided “as is.”

7. Intellectual Property

The LeadExtract name, logo, website design, and code are our property. The extracted business data itself is publicly available information — you receive a license to use the compiled dataset for your own business purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadExtract shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or the data provided. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
